Principle number 1

Recognize that the global pandemic is not your fault focus on the reality that it is affecting everybody. Focus on what you can control, remember that when you focus on things out of your control they are distractions to take your interest away from things that really matter.

Principle number 2

Your attitude determines your altitude. If your mindset is that everything is going wrong and you practice self-blaming than self caring you will not overcome negativity easily. You can approach a problem with a winning mindset or a wounded mindset one is empowering and the other is disabling.

Principle number 3

Make sleep a priority because proper rest has enumerable benefits. Sleep deprivation destroys our ability to be more alert and effective in our daily decision making. The brain needs adequate rest in order to perform at its best.
